‘Yours Truly,’ the E-Variations
就这篇文章展开的讨论很有意思：
我比较常用的是Yours、Sincerely和Love，很少用两个词的组合（Yours Sincerely、Yours Truly、Sincerely Yours等等），从来不用Cordially和xoxo。很多人提到的Best regards和Thanks我也不用，因为我通常都是把它们放在最后一句话里，比如Best regards to so and so或者Thanks a lot for blah blah blah，到了真正署名的时候还是用Yours+名字。

My signature is quite formal:

Yeah, mostly. Can you imagine what kind of people would add a disclaimer in a personal email? Hoho.
I checked a few emails today and found out that “Best Regards” was the most common, while a few other options such as “All the Best” and “Thanks a Million” were favored by some senders. Smileys were also used on some very rare occasions, eg, an invitation to a team building event.

I still find it strange to actually include “Thanks” in your signature. As far as I’m concerned, it should always be a part of the body text.
Maybe I’m the weird one here.

呃~从来没在签名的时候用过thanks…
不认识的基本都是Regards, 和Cheers,
朋友的就比较随便, 想到哪个就用哪个… yours, xoxo之类的, ciao也常用~
btw, xoxo只是女孩用的???
不觉得有什么不妥啊…kiss n hug而已嘛??

不是说不妥，实际情况就是用xoxo的基本上都是女的，所以感觉这是女生的专利。我还真没见过哪个男的发邮件给我用xoxo署名的，呵呵。
